Inner chamber: Ceramic board & Grooved Refractory as per Temperature Requirement.
Outer cabinet: MS with powder coated. 
Maximum Temperature up to 900°C
Safe Working Temperature up to 800°C
Controller: Digital Temperature controller with ‘K’ Type Thermocouple.
Controller accuracy: ±3 to 5°C
Heating Element : Embedded with kanthal  A1 wire in spiral form over the muffle.
Safety features: Inter locking also will be provided to avoid energizing the heating element if the furnace door is open.
Door: Hinged type door manually operated with industrial type locking system.
Insulation: 6 Inch Ceramic fiber blanket.
Power Rating : 3 KW
Power supply: 230 Volts / 50 Hz.
